Haugen's Workout
Upper Body Dynamic/Explosive
Strength Training:
(1)Bench Press or Incline
Press using blue rubber bands, 50% to 55% of 1RM plus resistance
from bands, 6 to 12 sets of 3 reps each, 100% effort on each rep
with focus on speed, 30 to 45 seconds rest between sets;
(2)Overhead
Press with Log, Iron Mind® Apollon Axle, or Viking Press 3 to
5 sets of 5 reps, 60 seconds rest between sets;
(3)Clean
or Snatch from Hang 3 sets of 3 reps with bar or Axle;
(4)Reverse
Hyper Extensions 2 sets of 12 reps; and
(5)Sit-Ups
2 sets of 15 reps.
